Elementra: Dragon Academy · Deevolution Studios · Last updated October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Elementra: Dragon Academy ("Elementra", "the game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. Elementra is made by Deevolution Studios ("we", "us"). We keep it simple: we collect only what the game needs to work, we don't sell your information, and we don't show ads.

Who can have an account

Accounts are for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you can still play against the computer without an account, and we collect nothing personal about you. If we learn that someone under 13 has made an account, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who thinks this has happened can contact us (see below).

Playing without an account

You can play practice games without signing in. Your settings (sound, volume, card display) and tutorial progress are kept only in your browser or on your device, not on our servers.

What we collect when you sign in

  • Sign-in details. Your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and an account ID from them (Apple lets you hide your real email). We never see your Google or Apple password.
  • Your player profile. The player name you choose, your profile picture and frame, and your friend code.
  • Game progress. Games played and won, your card collection, upgrades, crystals, shards, quests, event progress, card backs, frames and art you own, and codes you have redeemed.
  • Friends. Your friends list, friend requests, table invites, and when you were last online (so friends see a green dot while you play).
  • Purchases. What you bought in the Shop. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or bank details. In the apps, purchases go through RevenueCat, which receives your account ID and your store purchase history so we can confirm each purchase and give you what you bought.

What others can see

  • Players at your table see your player name, profile picture, and the card finishes, frames, art and card back you have chosen.
  • Your friends see your name, profile picture and whether you are online.
  • Your email address is never shown to other players.

Technical information

When you play online, our game server handles your connection and briefly records technical information such as your IP address and errors, to keep the game running and stop abuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Game statistics (the apps)

The Elementra apps for iPhone, iPad and Android send anonymous game statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase: for example which modes are played, how games end, whether the tutorial was finished, which screens are opened and what is bought in the Shop, together with the app version, device type, country and language, and an app instance ID that Firebase creates. We use them only to understand how the game is played and to improve it. They are not linked to your name or email, we don't collect your device's advertising ID, and they are never used for ads. You can turn them off any time in Profile → Settings → Share game statistics. The website sends no game statistics.

Crash reports (the apps)

If an app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report (what went wrong in the app's code, the device type and system version, and an anonymous ID for the installation), so we can fix it.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and keep your progress on every phone and computer you use.
  • To run online games, friends and invites.
  • To give you the rewards and purchases you earned or paid for.
  • To keep the game fair and safe: blocking offensive names, preventing cheating, and fixing problems.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few services that store or process it for us, only to run the game:

  • Supabase: accounts, sign-in emails and the game's database.
  • Render: hosts the website and the game server.
  • Google and Apple: if you choose to sign in with them, and for purchases in their app stores.
  • RevenueCat: confirms purchases made in the apps.
  • Google (Firebase): game statistics and crash reports from the apps (see above).

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect players from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information until you delete your account. Technical logs are kept only for a short time.

Your choices

  • Change your name or picture any time in Profile.
  • Turn off game statistics in the apps in Profile → Settings.
  • Delete your account in Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, progress, collection, friends and sign-in. It can't be undone.
  • Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have further rights over your information, such as the right to object or to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.

Security

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access rules so each player can only reach their own private data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the game if the change is important.
