These terms are the agreement between you and Deevolution Studios ("we", "us") for playing Elementra: Dragon Academy ("Elementra", "the game"). By playing or making an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Who can play
- You must be 13 or older to make an account.
- If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, including any purchases.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
- Your player name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretend to be someone else. We may change a name that breaks this rule.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account.
3. Playing fair
Don't:
- cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, or exploit bugs to gain rewards;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the game, its servers or other players' accounts;
- sell or trade accounts, crystals, shards or other game items for real money.
If you do, we may remove rewards, or suspend or close your account.
4. Crystals, shards and other game items
- Crystals, shards, card upgrades, card backs, frames, art and other items are a license to use them in the game. They are not real money, have no value outside the game, and can't be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final.
- We may change how items, prices, rewards, events and the game's balance work, to keep the game fair and fun.
- If you delete your account, or it is closed for breaking these terms, the items on it are lost.
5. Our game
Elementra, its cards, art, music, characters and rules belong to Deevolution Studios. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for your own enjoyment. Don't copy, sell or redistribute it.
6. Changes and availability
- We are always improving the game. Features, events and content may change or end.
- The game may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates. We may end the online service, and will give notice in the game if we do.
7. No warranties
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always work without errors or interruption.
8. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the game if the change is important. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
